Our Assignment:

To ensure the key messages and celebration of the 150th release of Tahbilk’s iconic 1860 Vines, FireWorks PR created a media event concept and a strategic PR campaign. This included, an engaging media and key trade event concept, showcasing 3 decades of 1860 Vines in a formal MasterClass tasting, presented by Alister Purbrick.  Held at Vue de Monde, the event concluded in a very special lunch, created by Shannon Bennett and matched to Alister Purbrick’s favourite vintages.

Our Success:

The resulting publicity reached over 2.8 million people and positioned Tahbilk well for the announcement of them as the 2016 Winery of the Year by James Halliday’s Wine Companion.  A publicity and sales boom!
