Summer Land Camels

Our Project:

Summer Land Camels Public Relations Roll Out

Our Assignment:

Summer Land Camels, located in Harrisville, Queensland is Australia’s largest commercial camel milk farm. Home to over 500 camels, the farm has grown into an agri-tourism destination experience; there is a café on the property featuring a delicious menu full of mouth-watering delights made from camel milk, and it is also home to the Summer Land Camels Camel Milk Skincare range.

The skincare range is infused with camel milk, which offers a range of health benefits including B Vitamins, Vitamin C and Iron. It also contains disease-fighting immune proteins (lactoferrins) that boost the effectiveness of the immune system inside and out to provide potent healing benefits for the skin, hair and gut. Camel milk also has anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties perfect for our time.

FireWorks PR & Events was engaged by Summer Land Camels to conduct a full Public Relations roll out centred around the skincare range, highlighting how it can help Australians to improve their health and immunity during COVID-19. As it turned out, opportunities presented themselves beyond promoting the incredible skincare range, including profile raising opportunities for CEO Jeff Flood, focusing on his involvement as the official Australian Pacific spokesperson on behalf of a global camel milk collective, on “World Milk Day” on June 1st .

Our Success:

FireWorks PR & Events was able to drive a number of publicity outcomes for Summer Land Camel’s Skincare range, along with some profile-raising opportunities for CEO Jeff Flood, via his involvement in World Milk Day.
